The total amount for the booked period must be paid on site. Delays in arrival or early departure (due to weather conditions, illness, etc.) cannot be held against the campsite management. We recommend personal insurance.
Our cancellation conditions
The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply to cancellations.
This means:
In the event of cancellation within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the tour price, in the event of early departure 100%.
To save costs, we recommend that you take out insurance.
This means:
- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival
- from 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price
- from 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price
