Right of withdrawal in our voucher shop

You have the right to cancel this purchase within fourteen days without giving reasons, as long as the purchased voucher (s) has not yet been redeemed with us. The voucher is only valid after receipt of payment and confirmation by email from us. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you took possession of the paid voucher online or in person. It is not possible to redeem the voucher in cash. In principle, the paid voucher is valid for 30 years. Beware of loss, the voucher is transferable and may be redeemed by the person who is carrying it and showing it. Can only be redeemed when presenting the original voucher.

Partial redemption of the voucher is possible. The remaining amount will be transferred to a new voucher. Except the value is less than 10 euros. This amount can either be issued as a new voucher or paid out directly in cash. A transfer is not possible as the voucher must be presented on site. After redeeming the entire voucher amount, the voucher will be canceled and retained. This voucher is therefore no longer valid.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation by email before the cancellation period has expired. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration by email that you have decided to return the voucher you have purchased.

If you cancel this voucher purchase, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. After revoking the voucher purchase, the voucher must be disposed of. The voucher is therefore no longer valid and canceled.
