Note: the pitch fee includes personal costs (parents and children up to 21 years of age). The total amount must be paid in advance. A deposit is due when making the reservation. Long-term camping guests pay the personal fee and local tax when registering at reception. Delays in arrival or early departure (due to weather, illness, etc.) cannot be held responsible for the site management. We recommend personal insurance.
Our cancellation policy
The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply to cancellations.
This means:
If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price, and if you leave early, we will charge you 100%.
To save costs, we recommend that you insure yourself.
This means:
- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival
- from 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price
- from 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price
